The exhibition architecture of the Kriens Gallery has modular, adjustable partition walls that can create different spaces. Fritz Balthaus does not bring any art with him, but treats the rotating walls as independent sculptures in the space. Thus, the work can only exist in this architectural location. The only thing added to the completely given situation is an invisible twist, an effect. This slowly sets the walls in two opposing rotational movements. Clockwise, counterclockwise. The slow spatial waltz sets the visitors themselves in motion.
